Position Overview

We are looking for positive and empathetic Part-Time Customer Experience Specialists to connect with our customers, answer their questions, resolve issues, and make personalized product recommendations. As a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our company, and your role will have a major impact on our continued success. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through various channels, including live chat, phones, email, and social media. Responsibilities

  • Act as the voice of arenaflex, servicing our customers on live chat, phones, email, and social media
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect by listening and offering creative solutions
  • Share customer feedback and information with other team members to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience
  • Take ownership for the experience you are delivering with every customer
  • Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty and grooming trends, products, and services to provide personalized recommendations to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have prior customer service experience and be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and a maximum of 30 hours per week during peak weeks. You must also be flexible and reliable to work an e-commerce schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to learn quickly, and troubleshoot on the fly.

Essential Qualifications

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and a maximum of 30 hours per week during peak weeks
