A Day in the Life of a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be on the front lines of what we do for the health care community. You'll work with various people on behalf of our clients, including health care providers, patients, pharmacists, and medical office personnel. You'll be trained on multiple client programs and will transition between various ones throughout your day. You'll receive incoming inquiries and will reach out to clients by phone, email, or chat, always delivering exceptional contact center services that we're known for.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including health care providers, patients, pharmacists, and medical office personnel

  • Work with various client programs and transition between them throughout the day
  • Receive incoming inquiries and respond to clients by phone, email, or chat
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all communication with clients
  • Utilize superior listening skills to turn every interaction into a positive one
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding when working with clients who may be experiencing stress or anxiety

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • One year of customer service or call center experience
  • Ability to pronounce and display a working knowledge of basic medical terms
  • Ability to work in a quiet and private work-from-home environment where high-speed internet is maintained
  • Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows / Office
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Excellent customer service skills

Full-Time Contact Center Work Schedule:

* Full-time employees can expect to work 38-40 hours per week

  • At least one weekend day is required
  • Flexible work schedules are available to accommodate our 24/7 operation
  • Work-from-home environment with high-speed internet
