Job Summary

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team and help us grow our 3P market in the USA. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. You'll be working closely with our internal and external stakeholders to identify product selection gaps and execute GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our ecommerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities, and monitoring competitor efforts.
  • Identifying, prospecting, and obtaining high-potential sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
  • Guiding dealers through sharing best-practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help dealers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
  • Participating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems.

Primary Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in the ecommerce, retail, FMCG, or generation industries.
  • Demonstrated achievement in exceeding income objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused process.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs.
  • The ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning.
  • Strong commercial enterprise judgment, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with complex economic data.
  • Polished communication skills, including talking, writing, imparting, and negotiating.
  • The ability to think and lead in a high-energy, rapid-paced environment, with a "hands-on" management style and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • 2+ years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in a sales or business development role.
  • 3+ years of experience in the purchaser electronics quarter, preferably in a sales or business development role.
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
