Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack AI Software Engineer to join our Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise in AI, machine learning, and software development will enable you to create innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and business.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, and data scientists, to identify and prioritize business issues suitable for AI solutions
- Develop and implement AI-powered applications using machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and computer vision
- Design and develop reusable models and frameworks for rapid prototyping and deployment
- Foster a culture of AI-first thinking and democratize AI adoption across the organization
- Work with data scientists to develop and deploy AI models, integrating them with our existing systems and infrastructure
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure software applications using agile development methodologies
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure thorough testing and validation of AI-powered applications
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and code comments
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and software development, applying this knowledge to improve our solutions and processes

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and software development
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, including Java, C/C++, Python, or R
- Experience with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, Microsoft CNTK, scikit, Keras, Caffe, Gluon, Light, SageMaker, or Sky blue AI
- Familiarity with web UI and API development
- Experience in presenting technical information to non-technical audiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
