Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate solutions to their queries.
- Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure listings and support tickets are handled in a timely manner.

Essential Qualifications
