Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team in India. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing events, projects, and campaigns that promote arenaflex's content and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and PR, to create innovative and engaging experiences for our subscribers.
Key Responsibilities
* Conceptualize and develop creative event proposals and pitches
- Collaborate with key partners across various disciplines to adapt and execute events
- Lead and manage events, projects, and campaigns from conceptualization to execution
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful event execution
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to subscribers
- Analyze data and metrics to inform event and campaign strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in event management and marketing
Essential Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience in event management, preferably in the media and entertainment industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing events, projects, and campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in the Asia-Pacific region is an asset
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience working with event management software and tools
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their role in event marketing
- Experience working with external vendors and suppliers
- Fluency in multiple languages, including Hindi and English
