What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions with ease and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Professionally responding to customer inquiries, providing solutions, and resolving issues
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring timely resolution
- Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently
- Developing rapport with customers, showcasing an upbeat and positive attitude
- Offering solutions, not excuses, to resolve customer concerns
What We're Looking For
We're seeking confident, self-starters who possess excellent customer service attitudes, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a positive, quick-troubleshooting approach. If you have:
- 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
- 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
- The ability to work from home in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah
