Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to patients to provide empathetic customer service and support
- Performing data entry and managing patient billing and medical information with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensuring compliance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines and regulations
- Collaborating with carriers to secure medication coverage for patients, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise
- Utilizing dual monitors to efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to reside in Irving, TX, or surrounding areas, with reliable internet service and a dedicated workspace
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry processes and software applications
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
