Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to patients to provide empathetic customer service and support
  • Performing data entry and managing patient billing and medical information with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ensuring compliance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines and regulations
  • Collaborating with carriers to secure medication coverage for patients, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise
  • Utilizing dual monitors to efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Ability to reside in Irving, TX, or surrounding areas, with reliable internet service and a dedicated workspace
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry processes and software applications
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, previous experience in a medical call center is a plus, as is strong computer skills and familiarity with data entry processes. If you have a passion for customer service, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply.
