Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Chat Agent, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat, email, and text support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information about arenaflex products and services
  • Escalating complex issues to senior support agents or management as needed
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications
