Position Overview

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and personalized assistance via live chat. From resolving inquiries to offering product recommendations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience. You'll engage with customers in real-time, addressing their concerns and feedback with professionalism and empathy, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers in real-time via live chat, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.

  • Provide accurate information about our products/services and assist customers in navigating our platforms to enhance their user experience.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved matters to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our products/services based on customer feedback.
  • Input data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, update order statuses for customers, and double-check their work to ensure accuracy.
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop your skills and knowledge in customer support and experience enhancement.
