Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Assisting customers with booking reservations, managing their accounts, and providing personalized support.

  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our CRM system.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends, arenaflex's products and services, and customer needs.

* First-call resolution rate: 80% or higher

  • Customer satisfaction rating: 90% or higher
  • Average handling time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher

Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service or the Hospitality industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
