Key Responsibilities

As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and Responding to Customer Inquiries: Engage with Disney fans on our social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others, to provide timely and accurate information regarding our products, services, and policies.
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary to ensure a magical experience for our fans, in line with arenaflex's high standards.
  • Collaborating with Team Members: Work closely with our support team to maintain a consistent and high-quality support experience, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Staying Up-to-Date with Disney Promotions and Updates: Keep abreast of our latest promotions, events, and updates to provide informed responses to customers and suggest improvements to our social media engagement strategies.
  • Utilizing Customer Feedback: Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to our social media engagement strategies.
  • Maintaining a Positive and Professional Demeanor: Ensure that all customer interactions are conducted in a positive, professional, and respectful manner.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent Written Communication Skills: A strong command of the English language, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally through written correspondence.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Platforms: Experience using social media platforms for professional purposes, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to analyze complex issues, think critically, and provide effective solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure that all customer interactions are handled efficiently.
