Delivery Driver - Walmart Online Orders (Local Routes)

Job Summary Walmart is seeking reliable, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Delivery Drivers for our growing Walmart Online Orders division. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering customer orders efficiently and on time to local destinations. You will serve as the face of Walmart, ensuring a smooth and friendly delivery experience while representing our core values of integrity, service, and respect for individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• * Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport orders from Walmart facilities to customer locations within designated routes.
• * Load and unload merchandise with care and accuracy.
• * Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• * Communicate professionally with customers, resolving issues or delays proactively.
• * Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• * Follow company procedures and local traffic laws at all times.
• * Use delivery apps or handheld devices to manage orders, navigation, and customer updates.
• * Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
• * Represent Walmart with professionalism and courtesy at all times.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
• * High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Basic technology proficiency to use GPS/navigation and delivery software.
• * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading deliveries.
• * Strong sense of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
• Experience
• * Previous delivery driving experience is preferred but not required.
• * Experience in customer service or logistics is an advantage.
• * Training will be provided for all new drivers.
• Working Hours
• * Flexible scheduling available (Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and Weekend shifts).
• * Full-Time and Part-Time positions.
