Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team as a Chat Support Agent. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your ability to resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner will be crucial in ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information about products and services, including features, benefits, and usage
  • Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Performing data entry tasks to update customer records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times, including adhering to arenaflex's customer service standards and policies

Experience and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer support role, with a strong track record of resolving complex issues and providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in office software applications, such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Sales experience is beneficial but not required
