The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebooking's, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
- Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Fluency in Danish and a good command of English
