Responsibilities
As an Experienced Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through live chat inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to live chat inquiries from customers regarding products, services, and support in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
- Utilizing critical thinking skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions that address customer concerns
- Negotiating with customers to find mutually beneficial resolutions and address their concerns
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved
- Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Hardworking and motivated individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to think critically and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation skills to handle difficult customer interactions
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Experience with live chat platforms or customer service software is a plus
