Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into our database systems, maintaining and updating records, and ensuring the integrity of our information. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Data Entry: Accurately inputting data into various databases and systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Data Review: Reviewing data for errors and correcting any incompatibilities, ensuring that all records are complete and accurate.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of tasks, files, and progress, ensuring that all information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Data Updates: Updating existing data and deleting unnecessary files, ensuring that all information is current and relevant.
  • Reporting: Generating reports and performing backup operations as needed, ensuring that all data is secure and easily accessible.
  • Compliance: Complying with data integrity and security policies, ensuring that all information is protected and secure.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 0-5 years of data entry experience or related office experience is required.
  • Technical Skills: A working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware is required; basic understanding of databases and fast typing skills is preferred.
  • Software Skills: Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets is required; strong command of English both oral and written is also required.
  • Attention to Detail: Great attention to detail with an ability to spot numerical errors is essential.
