Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient data, ensuring seamless communication between healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of new data management systems. Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient data, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment plans
- Ensure seamless communication between healthcare professionals, including pharmacists, doctors, and nurses
- Develop and implement new data management systems to improve patient care and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including pharmacists, doctors, and nurses
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in patient care
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, business administration, or computer science
- Current licensure as a pharmacist or registered pharmacist in the states within the region
- Experience performing data entry and management tasks, including data analysis and reporting
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, including patient care, medical records, and billing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals and patients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Proficiency in data management software, including electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems (PMS)
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist or registered pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and management, medical records, and billing
