The Role

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing prompt and effective assistance via live chat to ensure a positive experience and resolve issues efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical and non-technical issues, working closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless resolution.
• Assisting customers in navigating our platform and services, providing clear and concise instructions to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Documenting customer interactions and issues in our CRM system, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely manner.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
