Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a vital part of our customer service operations, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that our customers receive exceptional support and service. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive experience.

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and procedures.
  • Adhering to company guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the airline industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience

Working Hours
