Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Professionally handling incoming requests from customers, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly via emails, phones, and chats.
  • Multitasking while assisting customers, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectively to meet productivity goals.
  • Maintaining a high level of Customer Satisfaction and quality scores, consistently exceeding performance targets.
  • Educating customers on the use of our website and books, providing expert advice and recommendations to enhance their reading experience.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services, applying this knowledge to provide informed and accurate support.

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A customer-centric attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Active listening skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • 2+ years of call center experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
  • 2+ years of online customer service chat experience, with a strong understanding of digital communication channels.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively, with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
  • Excellent attendance, with a strong commitment to reliability and punctuality.
  • Experience in the use and application of current technologies and products used in the industry, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Physical ability to work 8 hours a day, sitting at a computer, typing, answering emails, phone calls, and live chats.
  • Ability to set up and troubleshoot equipment, independently, with a strong understanding of technical systems and software.
  • Strong ability to work between multiple screens and open computer windows, with a focus on multitasking and productivity.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a goal-oriented, self-motivated team environment, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook, with proficiency in various CRM systems.

Compensation and Benefits

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of $13.50 - $15.00 per hour, based on experience. You'll also have access to a range of benefits, including:

Position Type/Expected Hours

Full-time positions are available, with a set shift pattern, including morning and afternoon hours. Weekend shift(s) are required for this position, with a focus on meeting customer needs and ensuring seamless support.
