Experienced Full Stack Product Manager – Customer Analytics & Insights

What You'll Do:

As an Experienced Full Stack Product Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the success of our Client Insightful Center product, which is designed to provide actionable insights and recommendations to our internal stakeholders. Your primary objectives will include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with arenaflex's customer-centric vision and goals
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Design, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart+, and Marketing, to deliver high-quality customer analytics and insights solutions that prioritize data security and customer protection
• Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and adoption of the Client Insightful Center
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection, and identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
• Ensuring that our product solutions meet the highest standards of data security and customer protection, and that we're compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards

Minimum Capabilities:

* Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field and 7 years' experience in product management

• 9 years' experience in product management or related field

Preferred Capabilities:

* Master's degree in software engineering, computer science, business administration, or related field and 6 years' experience as a product manager, preferably managing customer-facing, large-scale, complex B2B/C products

• Experience in creating comprehensive digital experiences, with knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and incorporating digital accessibility seamlessly
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating inclusive products and services that align with arenaflex's accessibility guidelines and standards
