Job Description

As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring our online community adheres to our rules and guidelines. This part-time, remote position offers flexibility and the chance to work with a dynamic team that values equality and inclusivity. Your primary duties will include:

• Moderating the chat of our official Discord server, which involves:

+ Deleting messages that violate our community guidelines + Banning users with multiple and repeat rule infractions + Muting users who have violated our rules + Investigating reports from users regarding potential rule breaches

• Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective community management strategies
• Providing excellent customer service and support to users, ensuring a positive experience on our platform
• Staying up-to-date with our community guidelines and rules, making adjustments as needed to maintain a safe and respectful environment

Pay and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you'll receive:

• A competitive hourly rate of $12.50
• A weekly pay cycle, starting from Monday and ending on Sunday

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• To be at least 18 years old
• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with Discord and online community management tools
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications
