Position Overview

We're seeking empathetic, positive Part-Time Customer Experience Specialists to join our team. As a Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat, phone, email, and social media. You'll be the heart of our business, making a significant impact on our continued success. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with a minimum of 20 hours per week and a maximum of 30 hours per week during peak weeks.

Responsibilities

* Act as the voice of arenaflex, servicing our customers on live chat, phones, email, and social media

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect by listening and offering creative solutions
  • Share customer feedback and information with other team members in order to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience
  • Take ownership for the experience you are delivering with every customer
  • Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert recommendations
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

* Prior customer service experience is required

  • Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and a maximum of 30 hours per week during peak weeks
  • Flexible and reliable to work an e-commerce schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and social media platforms
  • Passion for beauty and wellness products
  • Ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot on the fly
