Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Making continuous outbound calls to customers to verify their information and filter out small home improvement jobs
• Using an on-screen script and flowchart efficiently to ensure seamless customer interactions
• Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
• Warmly handing off consumers to our partners to ensure a smooth transition and excellent customer experience
• Collaborating with our team to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

Shifts Available

We offer two flexible shift options to accommodate your needs:

• Part-Time: 28 hours per week

+ Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 4pm - 9pm + Saturday: 9am - 5pm

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week

+ Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 12pm - 8pm + Saturday: 9am - 5pm
