Job Summary We are offering multiple entry-level Legal Assistant positions across different departments, with opportunities for remote and hybrid work arrangements. As a Legal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal team by performing essential tasks, collecting evidence, and ensuring seamless case management. Key Responsibilities

Client Communication: Interview clients, provide updates on case status, and address their concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Evidence Collection: Gather all possible information, evidence, and documentation to help build strong cases, including police reports, medical records, and bills. Schedule Management: Ensure strict compliance with the schedule of assigned appointments and deadlines. Data Entry and Documentation: Use our firm's software (with comprehensive training provided) for data entry of new clients, scan documentation, and save it into our system. Reporting and Task Management: Generate daily/weekly reports with results for all assigned tasks and maintain accurate records. Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor or department head to support the smooth operation of our legal team.

Essential Qualifications

Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization abilities. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred, but not required. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Internet software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software.

Preferred Qualifications

Legal Experience: Prior experience in a law firm or related field is an asset, but not necessary. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
