Job Summary

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to inbound calls, documenting conversations, and utilizing scripts and resources to guide conversations. You will work closely with our clients to provide accurate, efficient, and empathetic support, ensuring their needs are met with sensitivity and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls from clients, providing exceptional service and support

• Document details of conversations, using scripts and resources to guide interactions
• Utilize online reference materials to provide confident, accurate, and efficient information
• Effectively utilize technical systems, including desktop, call center-specific phone systems, and the internet
• Meet department quality assurance standards and metrics
• Educate and answer questions from clients, providing up-to-date information about our programs
• Follow protocol and apply sensitivity and discretion in handling confidential information
• Maintain a reliable private internet connection, with the ability to hardwire via ethernet cable

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum High School Diploma or GED

• Healthcare-related certification
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative
• Strong computer skills
• Strong internet connection due to the remote nature of this role
• Ability to pass language knowledge assessment

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual in Spanish

• Previous government clearance
