Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative in our Remote Call Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding their student loans
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner
  • Utilizing arenaflex's proprietary systems and tools to manage customer interactions and data
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to provide informed assistance to customers
  • Adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and customer service principles

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of customer service experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a call center environment (preferably)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Windows products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • A minimum typing speed of 40-45 WPM (testing will be conducted during the in-person interview)
  • A wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 10mbps (testing will be requested before the in-person interview)
  • Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and prioritize tasks accurately
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Bilingual Spanish language skills
  • Experience with call center software and systems
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • A background in education or a related field
