Role and Responsibilities

As a Customer Relations Agent at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch service to our customers through live chat, email, and text interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and thoughtful manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex policies, procedures, and product knowledge to ensure seamless customer interactions

Essential Qualifications
