Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, driving conversions and revenue growth for our dealer clients
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that all interactions are thoroughly documented and followed up on
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying ahead of the curve and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary – we welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds and industries
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills are required, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies

Technical Requirements

To work as a Chat Specialist for arenaflex, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
  • Live within the state of Florida, with a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
  • Be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday, between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
  • Be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
