Job Responsibilities

As a Cloud Security Specialist – Customer Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with Security Deals and Google Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, resolve client technical and compliance issues, and develop strategies to overcome technical blockers.
• Demonstrating and showcasing the benefits of arenaflex's Cloud Security products in client and partner environments.
• Supporting arenaflex's Cloud Security initiatives and relationships, owning technical aspects of solutions, and delivering technical presentations, product and solution briefings, proofs-of-concept, and demos to clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Planning and delivering product messaging to highlight arenaflex's solutions' value proposition using techniques such as presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, trial management, and response reports.
• Attending client sites, meetings, and other relevant events where applicable.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field).

• At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on cloud security, network security, or a related field.
• Proven experience in security operations, threat hunting, malware analysis, cloud security architecture, or identity and access management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field).

• Certification in the Cloud or Security industry (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, CompTIA Security+).
• Experience in conducting security assessments for clients (e.g., threat identification and hunting, malware analysis, cloud security posture management, or SIEM and incident response).
• Knowledge of emerging trends in the network security industry (e.g., ransomware, attack frameworks, zero trust, and so on).
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

* Strong technical expertise in cloud security, network security, and related areas.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
