They provide expertise in supply chain management, financial analysis, and marketing strategy to optimize and grow online businesses. With a strong focus on Amazon and direct-to-consumer sales, they help brands streamline operations, improve profitability, and achieve long-term success in the digital marketplace. Location: Philippines - Fully Remote Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account management — from operations to customer service.
  • Review the Account Health Dashboard daily, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and keeping ODR, CR, LSR, and other key metrics in check.
  • Manage FBA shipments and logistics — create inbound shipments, prepare labels, and track deliveries until check-in.
  • Troubleshoot listing and catalog issues such as suppressed listings, incorrect variations, or backend errors to keep products active and buyable.
  • Conduct daily product listing checks for accuracy and performance optimization.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring a stellar buying experience.
  • Handle replacements, refunds, and disputes with professionalism and care.
  • Analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and take proactive action to improve sentiment and performance.
  • Monitor and maintain seller performance metrics, resolving issues before they escalate.
  • Resolve stranded inventory issues to maximize product availability and sales potential.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • 2+ years managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts at a high level.
  • Strong technical Amazon expertise, especially in Account Health, KPI monitoring, FBA logistics, and catalog troubleshooting.
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills — you see issues before they happen.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable — you own every outcome.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with business and accounting principles for holistic decision-making.
