Prototek is seeking an accomplished Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our commercial strategy and drive scalable revenue growth. As a key member of the executive team, you will oversee all aspects of revenue generation, customer engagement, sales leadership, pricing strategy, and performance reporting. This is a high-impact role for a results-oriented commercial leader with a proven track record in B2B manufacturing environments. ROLE PRIORITIES
- Revenue Generation: Build and execute growth strategies across direct and digital channels.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Strengthen customer relationships and enhance satisfaction.
- Sales & Marketing Leadership: Lead and develop high-performing commercial teams.
- Pricing, Quoting & Estimating: Oversee RFQ operations, pricing strategy, and win-rate performance.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting: Maintain robust CRM discipline, KPIs, analytics, and executive reporting.

- 10+ years in senior commercial leadership (CCO, VP Sales, VP BD)
- Proven B2B commercial leadership and sales growth success
- Industry experience: Aerospace, Defense, Medical, Industrial, or Electronics
- Success leading and developing large teams
- Experience with digital and AI-driven commercial sales platforms
- MBA or equivalent senior-level business education preferred
