As a Staff Item Director, you'll be joining a team of talented individuals who are passionate about innovation, customer satisfaction, and making a positive impact.

The Role

As a Staff Item Director, you'll be responsible for leading the client experience and innovation efforts for our InHome service. You'll work closely with our client success team and cross-functional partners to design and deliver exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our customers' expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and developing an item strategy for the InHome client experience
  • Building and maintaining item guides and documentation
  • Collaborating with internal partners to push the boundaries of innovation and customer satisfaction
  • Analyzing progress and metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
  • Leading client research and translating customer needs into business opportunities
  • Acting as a friendly and supportive resource for customers and their concerns
  • Launching new features and products on time and with high quality, including testing and QA

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager, with a degree in software engineering, computer science, business, or a related field
  • Specialization in product design for client experience, from conception to launch
  • Experience driving product vision and go-to-market strategies
  • Passion for emerging technologies and innovation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
