Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers to understand their concerns, provide solutions, and exceed their expectations. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing your technical skills, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities

* Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions

  • Upsell products and features while emphasizing benefits and value
  • Demonstrate excellent soft skills to provide a best-in-class customer service experience
  • Provide information about current plans and products, and identify opportunities to position new solutions that align with customer needs
  • Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

* High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps (no satellite connections)

  • A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Quiet, secure workspace with minimal distractions

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
  • Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment with open availability (evenings and weekends required)

Compensation and Benefits
