Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Chat Moderator, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers in a professional and courteous manner through remote chat support, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring seamless communication and data management.

Essential Qualifications
