Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote Contract Position

Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Locating and inputting data for 12 specific attributes per document across approximately 330 documents
- Identifying the contract type for each document
- Finding and recording the effective date for each document
- Entering data values into a provided worksheet
- Consulting with the Legal team as needed for any clarifications
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless data entry processes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency in Excel and experience using a MacBook
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
