The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist in our Samsung team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers. Your primary duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian
  • Providing efficient and satisfying solutions to customers' inquiries
  • Treating customers with respect, following company policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2)
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (although training and coaching will be provided)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
