Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely resolution of issues and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding products, services, and policies, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of their options.

Required Skills and Qualifications
