What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Call Center Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound customer service calls related to various inquiries, such as service options, charges, billing, and contracts

  • Resolving customer issues and escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution

What's Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D)
  • At least one year of previous customer service experience
  • Technical aptitude for remote work setup, including proficiency in MS Office and typing
  • Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills to effectively communicate with customers
