Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our global customer base through real-time calls in a virtual call center environment

  • Resolve customer issues and answer questions in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed departmental goals and performance metrics
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and virtual call center platforms
  • Ability to work a variety of shift assignments, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime peak periods

* Experience working in a virtual call center environment
