Key Responsibilities
As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Monitoring and Responding to Customer Inquiries: Engage with Disney fans on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others, to provide timely and accurate information regarding Disney products, services, and policies.
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Collaborating with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to maintain a consistent and high-quality support experience, ensuring that every customer interaction is a magical one.
- Staying Up-to-Date with Disney Promotions and Updates: Keep current with Disney's latest promotions, events, and updates to provide informed responses to customers and suggest improvements to our social media engagement strategies.
- Utilizing Customer Feedback: Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to our social media engagement strategies.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent Written Communication Skills: A strong command of the English language and the ability to communicate effectively with customers through various social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Social Media Platforms: Experience using social media platforms for professional purposes, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
- Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools, as well as the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
