Job Summary

Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (spelling and grammar) - Excellent listening comprehension skills - Proficient with basic computer applications - Clear, professional, and friendly voice - Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy - Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish/English Bilingual - Availability for both weekend days (Saturday and/or Sunday) - Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
