- Upsell and Schedule Call Backs and Appointments: Identify opportunities to upsell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Previous Experience in Customer Support, Client Services, Sales, or a Related Field: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
