Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and making their travel experiences seamless and enjoyable. Key Responsibilities

• Process refunds and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
• Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues
• Document information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate customer records

About You
