Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and making their travel experiences seamless and enjoyable. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously, and using your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Review customer history as necessary to provide personalized service and resolve issues
  • Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer interactions
  • Help customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues
  • Process refunds and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues
  • Document information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate customer records

About You

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience is required, with a strong focus on resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Strong geographical knowledge and experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is preferred
