Job Summary

As a Remote Clinical Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and families, gathering information and relaying it to our clinical teams. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex situations with empathy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process calls from patients and families, gathering information and relaying it to our clinical teams

  • Provide exceptional customer care, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Navigate complex situations with empathy and professionalism, remaining calm and composed under pressure
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your customer care skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Evening, weekend shifts required (including holidays, paid at time ½)
  • Access to High Speed Internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
  • Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Familiarity with telehealth or healthcare services
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus)
