A Fantastic Opportunity
As a Work-From-Home Financial Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, delivering professional and high-quality customer service. You'll be empowered to take initiative, follow established procedures, and provide a resolution for the customer. Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound service calls, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints
- Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications, using your problem-solving skills and can-do attitude
- Navigate through multiple systems and tools, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and processes
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development, advancing your career with a reliable company
Qualifications:
* Strong communication skills, including the ability to navigate between screens while assisting customers
- Problem-solver with a can-do attitude, eager to advance your career with a reliable company
- Enjoy working independently and with a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Must be 18+ years of age, with a high school diploma (or GED equivalent)
- Must pass a background check and drug-screen
- As a note for work-at-home positions, we require the minimum requirements of your home internet service; Mbps: 15 mbps download and 5 mbps upload

- If you live within 50 miles of a site, you will be offered an onsite role
