We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients and providing exceptional service to our customers. About the Role

As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, you'll be the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing clients related to our NJ Family Care Program. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles
  • Accurately documenting enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances
  • Entering application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers wishing to apply for the program over the telephone
  • Maintaining technical and program policy proficiency in the NJ Family Care rules/guidelines and other related program policies
  • Providing clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes
  • The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and co-workers
  • The ability to problem-solve through analysis and ongoing feedback
  • Achieving results through knowledge, empathy, and commitment
  • The ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
  • A High School diploma or GED
  • Background and drug screening required

Training and Onboarding

Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Our training program includes:

  • A 5-6 week paid training program, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
  • Ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure your success
  • Access to our state-of-the-art training facilities and equipment
