Key Responsibilities

As an experienced customer support representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing large volumes of incoming calls, emails, and live chat requests from our West Coast clients
  • Handling customer concerns and providing timely, effective solutions that meet their needs
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve a high level of satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products and services
  • Working on other service-related projects as they arise to support the growth and success of our business

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate solutions and ideas through phone, email, and live chat
  • High attention to detail, with strong research and investigative skills to resolve complex issues
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume environment
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status, as we're unable to sponsor visas at this time
  • Experience with Mac Operating systems, internet services, browser functions, and basic software applications
  • SaaS experience is a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working with arenaflex products and services
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer support
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
