Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience. Model and share customer service best practices with your team to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Providing Efficient Checkout Service: Register sales on assigned cash registers, provide customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assisting Customers with Products and Services: Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Maintaining a Clean and Well-Merchandised Store: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by the store manager or shift leader.
• Implementing Asset Protection Procedures: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures.
• Ensuring Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).
• Constructing and Maintaining Displays: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Complete resets and revisions as directed.
• Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
• Assuming Web Pick-up Responsibilities: Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders (pick items), and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
• Assisting with Exterior and Interior Maintenance: Ensure a clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance.
• Complying with Company Policies and Procedures: Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required

• Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve customer issues and answer questions
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with coworkers to achieve team goals
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Retail Experience: 1+ year of experience in a retail environment

• Customer Service Certification: Certification in customer service (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
• Leadership Experience: Experience leading a team or mentoring colleagues
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with store systems and equipment
